answer to your kind and
ever welcome letter which

time ago I was more
than glad to hear from
you and to hear of your
mother & Johny & yourself
being well I mind
well this night 12 months
I was at the well and
I went up to your house
and as always I was not
right in of the door to [until?]

Aggie was over for me to
go home with the water
I hope Ma & Da is
well I know the [they?] must
feel lonely at these
set times But I
hope It will not be
many Easters to we are
home again But Im [I'm?]
glad to say that we
both like Montreal
very much. I never thought
we would like it so
so well. Barney William
has been very sick for a
long time & he is very
little better but I think
he has the worst of it over
him

I had a letter from Maggie
Hughes the other day and
her Photo she looks well
how is the fun doing I
suppose Its [It's?] dull enough.
I hope our 3 youngsters
does not all go out at the
one time at night & leave
Da & Ma their lone [themselves?] as
it must be terrible lonely
Teresa & I are both in the
one situation We both like
it very much we are away
in the morning and home
at night together Uncle
Mick & Eleanor is going home
this summer so that will
rise their hearts a bit

not like when I used to
be coming home from
Garvey chapel with
young Mary Boyle I
could have all the latest
