Dear George,
I received
your note and
Xmas cards.
Thank You very
much for remember-
ing us. I am
sending you
our Photos. which
I hope you will
like. I think they
are very true of
us. I shall expect
your own, Mrs. Kells,
and children's in
return. Pleas [please?]
don't forget but send
them. I don't
think you would
know me if you
should happen
to see me. I
had a letter
from Mother
about a week
ago. She said
they were all
quite well. Dear
George I never
expected she
would live so
long or ever
get well again.
She said she
was going up
for Co. Longford
in the spring.
What kind of
a winter are
you having in
Ireland. We
are having a
nice winter here
so far. Pleas [please?]
excuse this short
letter. hoping
you are all
quite well as
we are at present.
I remain Your
Loving Sister
Eva.
P.S.
My Husband sends
his best respects to all
