My Dear Bella
       Just a few lines hoping
to find yous [you?] all well.
we are all well here at present

every Sunday. Teresa & him

go some place. we have
never went out any place
since he died and the
house is so quiet It is
not like what It was atall [at all?]
you might tell ma that
John Williams child that
I stood for was Buried
yesterday The [they?] called it Ellie
It took Diptheria [diphtheria?] and died
in a few days sickness

Side2

Well I hope that you
are all well. I suppose your
mother is beginning to forget
us by now give her my
best love & tell her I
hope we will all meet again in
Clougherney [Clogherny?] I hope Da
& Ma is well. we had
a letter from Ma the
other day & we were
very glad to see It [its?] as we
Just thought she was
sick when she was not
writing & Minnie never
said if the [they?] were all
well or not. I suppose
if the [they?] were sick she
did not want to let us
  know.

Side 3
Tell our Joe that Im [I'm?] delighted
to hear of my goat having
2 kidds [kids?] Its [Its?] a great
think [thing?] to think the more
Im [Im?] away I have always
something behind me
I was sorry to hear of
Poor James Pat Its [It's?] to [too?]
bad. I suppose It would
take a nice girl to please
Tom now. Im [I'm?] thinking
 he will be leaving Johny
behind in the Lower end
Well I have not much new [news?]
in this letter we are both
getting on as usual and like our
		work well

Side 4

Tell our ones I was asking for
them & I will write them soon
We had a day of [off?] from our
work on Friday on account
of the Kings [Kings?] funeral and
we are again on Tuesday next
as It is the Queens Birthday
and our pay just goes on the
same so Its [Its?] a bad wind
but blows good to somebody
so Biddy Carlton used to
say. I think I draw
to a close & hoping to hear
from yous [you?] soon I remain
