OBSERVATIONS. 

C°) The Town of Inistioge is in the Parish of that name-There is a charity school-honse in the Town, where the children are taught gratis ; and a school of 12 boys and 12 girls educated and clothed at the ex-pense of Mr. 
Tighe, who also pays the master; and when fit to be apprenticed out, he defrays their appren-tice fees for them. 
The men in part of Inistioge Parish, chiefly support themselves by salmon-fishing; and the women and girls, by making lace. 
("> *) In the Parish of Dungarvan, there is a Parish school of 6 boys and 2 girls; and a Roman Catholic school of 9 boys and 6 girls. 

(") The Town of Graigue is in the Parish of that name. 
(1 *) The remainder of Ullard Parish js in the Ba-rony of St. 
Mullins, Carlow County. 
(°) Of the children at school in Powerstown, thirty-four are taught without any expense. 
(° *) The Parish of Killarney includes part of the ecclesiastical Parish of Ballyreddin or Tradingtown. 
C) A part of Bennetsbridge Village is in the Parish of Killarney; the remainder of it is in Danesfort Parish, in Shillelogher Barony. 
(1) Gowran Town is in the Parish of that name. 
The iabonrers in the Town, it is observed, are chiefly supported by charity, there being no public works to employ them.

(1 *) In Shankill Parish, called also St. 
Kill, is part of tlie Village of Whitehall, containing 11 houses and 42 inhabitants ; the remainder of the Village is in the Parish of Kilmacahill, in this Barony. 
C) The Town of Goresbridge is in the Parish of Grange-Silvia. 
(') Part of Whitehall Village is in Kilmacahill Pa-rish; the remainder of it is in Shankill Parish. 
("*) The Parish of West Jerpoint includes the ecclesiastical Parish of BaHyliuch. 
(') The Town of Thomastown alias Grenan, is in the Parish of that name. 

(**) In Dunbell Parish, there is a Village of the same name, containing 24 houses and 10g inhabitants. 

(" *) The Parish of Gaulskill is also called Kilto-kegan and Kilskegan. 
(" 3) The Parish of Desertmoon is also called Dysertmore.
