--for and during the term of sixty-eight years, to commence and begin from and immediately after the five and twentieth day of March last past before the date hereof -

--to hold these lands, together with their and every of their rights, members and appurte* nances whatsoever, for and during the term, time and space of thirty-eight years and a half, commencing from the thirteenth day of September 1684, under such rents, reservations and covenants as are now due and reserved to the lord and lords of the fee thereout

--Expired in 1739; saving to the King and his successors, over and above the said yearly rent, the yearly rent of 1 Z. 
formerly due to the corporation of the city of Waterford out of said lands, during the remainder of said term ; and also the reversion of said lands after the expiration of said term, to the end that same may be granted to said corpo-ration in case the King may so think fit.
