HIS MAJESTY'S QUIT RENTS AND CROWN LANDS IN IRELAND.
13 estates ascertained and established beyond controversy.
In conclusion, we beg to express our entire concurrence in the recommendation of the Commissioners of Inquiry, namely, " that all Rents arising from Crown Lands, should be put in " charge on the General Rental, and collected and accounted for with the King's " other Rents."
By this arrangement five per cent on the gross and four per cent on the net produce of the Estates forfeited in 168S, and also the establishment of the Forfeiture Office (no longer necessary) would, as observed by the Comissioners of Inquiry, be saved, and in the meantime until the entire of the Estates belonging to the Crown shall be sold, directions may be given to the Vice Treasurer (under whose control the office of the Auditor General has been recently placed) to acquaint the Lords of the Treasury with the expiration of each of the leases upon which they are or shall be respectively held.
We have annexed in the Appendix to this Report, a Tabular Digest of the several special Reports which we have had the honour to submit, from time to time, to the consideration of Your Excellency.

All which is humbly submitted this 15th day of March 1823.
