Having here stated the Ac-count of Fees and Rents, it may give some information to say, that not in one case in ten are those Rents and Fees regularly paid; and as to the Fee of 6s.

it has been but twice paid in four months.
No Prisoner is detained for his Fees when unable to pay ; and though the law allows the Keeper to put a Prisoner out of his Room when the Rent be not paid, I never yet knew one ease of that occur.
