Repeal the Criminal Law and Procedure (Ireland) a.d. isoo.


Act, 1887. â€”


Be it enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and
with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and
Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled,


and by the authority of the same, as follows :â€”


5 1. Prom and after the passing of this Act the Criminal Law Eepeal.
and Procedure (Ireland) Act, 1887, shall be and the same is
hereby repealed.


2. This Act may be cited as the Criminal Law and Procedure short title.
(Ireland) Act Repeal Act, 1899.
