BE it enacted hy the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, hy
and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and hy the authority of the same, as follows: 5 1.
The Criminal Law and Procedure (Ireland) Act, 1887, shall be Repeal of

and the same is hereby repealed.
