Since the date of our last Report we have issued the follow¬ ing provisional Orders :— A provisional Order, dated 2nd May, 1881, allowing the Guardians of the Poor of Cork union, as the Rural Sanitary Authority, to put in force the powers of the Lands Clauses Acts, with respect to the purchase and taking of lands, otherwise than by agreement, with respect to certain lands required for a supply of water for Little Island. 
A provisional Order, dated 9th May, 1881, enabling_ the Guardians of the Poor of Bandon union, as the Rural Sanitary Authority, to put in force the provisions of the Lands Clauses Acts, with respect to the purchase and taking of lands, otherwise than by agreement, with respect to certain lands required for waterworks, for the -purpose of supplying the town of Bandon with water. 
A provisional Order, dated 11th May, 1881, authorising the Town Commissioners of Bangor being the Urban Sanitary Authority, to put in force the powers of the Lands Clauses Acts, with respect to the purchase and taking of lands, otherwise than by agreement, in reference to certain lands and promises required for waterworks for the purpose of supplying tho urban sanitary district with water. 
A provisional Order, elated 13th May, 1881, empowering the Guardians of the Poor of Rathdown union, as the Rural Sanitary Authority, to put in force the powers of the Lands Clauses Acts, -with respect to the purchase and taking of lands, otherwise than by agreement, with reference to certain lands required for tho purpose of works for supplying the town of Enniskerry with water. 
A provisional Order, dated 14th May, 1881, authorising the Guardians of the Poor of Belmullet union, as the Rural Sanitary Authority, to put in force the powers of the Lands Clauses Acts, with respect to the purchase and taking of lands, otherwise than by agreement, in reference to certain lands and premises required for waterworks for the purpose of supplying the town of Belmullet with wate". 
A provisional Order, elated 17th May, 1881, empowering the Town Commissioners of Ballymeha, being tho Urban Sanitary Authority, to put in force the powers of the Lands Clauses Acts, with respect to the purchase and taking of lands, otherwise than by agreement, with reference to certain lands required for the purpose of. 
works.for 
supplying the Ballymena sanitary district with wate** for drinking and domestic purposes.
