Provisional Orders, dc.

Since the date of our last report, we have issued the follow¬ ing provisional orders:— A provisional order, dated 18th April, 1877, empowering the Guardians of the Poor of the Rathdown Union to put in force the provisions of "The Lands Clauses Acts," with respect to the purchase and taking of lands, otherwise than by agreement, for the pur¬ poses of certain works for providing a supply of water for the town of Greystones and its neighbourhood. 
A provisional order, dated 12th May, 1877, empowering the Town Commissioners of the town of Ennis to put in force the provisions of "The Lands Clauses Acts" with respect to the purchase and taking of lands, otherwise than by agreement, for the purposes of certain works for providing a supply of water for their district. 
A provisional order, dated 14th May, 1877, empowering the guardians of the poor of the Limavady Union to put in force the provisions of "The Lands Clauses Acts" with respect to the purchase and taking of lands, otherwise than by agreement, for the purposes of certain works for providing a supply of water for the town of Limavady. 
A provisional order, dated 18th May, 1S77, empowering the guardians of the poor of the Strabane Union to put in force the provisions of " The Lands Clauses Acts," with respect to the pur¬ chase and taking of lands, otherwise than by agreement, for the purposes of certain works for providing a supply of water for the town of Strabane and certain places closely adjoining the town. 
A provisional order, dated 14th January, 1878, empowering the Town Commissioners of Dungarvan to put in force the provisions of "The Lands Clauses Acts" with respect to the purchase and taking of lands, otherwise than by agreement, for the purposes of certain works for providing a supply of water for the town of Dungarvan and the village of Abbeyside.
