30 Provisional Orders. 
A provisional order, dated 27th February, 1878, incorporating with the town of Tralee the district adjoining the town, compris¬ ing the townlancl of Balloonagh, together with the village of Blennerville and land adjoining thereto, and the road leading from the said village alongside of the Tralee ship canal to the town of Tralee, as shown in the map annexed to the order. 
A provisional order, dated 26th March, 1878, empowering the o-uardians of the poor of the Cork Union, as the Burial Board of the said Union, to put in force the powers of " The Lands Clauses Acts " with respect to the purchase and taking of land, otherwise than by agreement, for the purpose of purchasing and taking certain land for making an addition to the existing Burial Ground at Bamahely, in the county of Cork. 
A provisional order, dated 26th March, 1878, empowering the guardians of the poor of the Cork Union, as the Burial Board of the said Union, to put in force the powers of " The Lands Clauses Acts " with respect to the purchase and taking of lands, otherwise than by agreement, for the purpose of purchasing and taking certain land for making an addition to the existing Burial Ground at Templerobin, in the county of Cork. 
The following provisional orders have also been issued under the Artisans and Labourers' Dwellings Improvement Act, 1875 :— A provisional order, dated 11th May, 1877, confirming an im¬ provement scheme made by the Urban Sanitary Authority of Belfast, in accordance with the provisions of the Artisans and Labourers' Dwellings Improvement Act, 1875, and declaring the area to which the scheme relates. 
A provisional order, dated 16th May, 1877, confirming an improvement scheme made by the Urban Sanitary Authority of Dublin in accordance with the provisions of the Artisans and Labourers' Dwellings Improvement Act, 1875, and modified by the Local Government Board, and declaring the areas to which the scheme relates.

In the following cases we have received petitions for pro¬ visional orders, but the proceedings have not yet terminated :— From the Corporation of Sligo for power to put in force the provisions of the Lands Clauses Acts with reference to certain lands required with a view to the construction of Water-works for supplying the town of Sligo with water, for borrowing money for those works, and for making certain amendments in the Sligo Borough Improvement Act. 
From the Board of Guardians of Downpatrick Union for power to put in force the provisions of the Lands Clauses Acts with respect to the purchase and taking of lands otherwise than by agreement for the purpose of proposed works for the supply of water to the Town and District of Downpatrick. 
From the Galway Town Improvement Commissioners to ex¬ tend the Municipal area from its present extent of two miles to the County of the Town boundary, which embraces a radius of about four miles from the Church of St. 
Nicholas, and to place the entire under the control of the Town Commissioners for fiscal purposes; to empower the Commissioners to apply a proportion
