To the Richmond Institution for In-l8S8L dustrious Blind, to the Strangers' Friend Society, to the Meath Hospital, or County Dublin *———— Infirmary, to the Society for the Sick and Indigent Roomkeepers, to the Kildare Place Society for the Education of the Poor of Ireland, to the Society for the care of Orphan Chil¬ dren in the city of Dublin, each 10/. 
To the Institution for the Deaf and Dumb, at Clare-mount, 5 /., 
and the rest, residue, and remainder of the issues and profits of said estates to be applied (save and except one sum of 20 /., 
to be paid out of the first year's income to the Parochial Schools of St. 
Peter's, Dublin), to the Association for the Suppression of Street Begging in Dublin, so long as same shall subsist; and in case of the extinction of this or any other of the before named institutions, or misapplication of their funds, I direct that the sums thus forfeited shall be applied at the discretion of the Commissioners of Charitable Bequests in the spirit of the intention of this my will, namely, that my bequests to schools for the edu¬ cation of children are to be strictly Protestant. 
Whereas I am possessed of five shares in the Dublin Cemetery Company, I give and devise my estate and Interest therein, and all advan¬ tage and profits thereon, to the vicar or rector of St. 
Catherine's parish, and his successors in trust for the education ofthe poor Protestant children of that parish. 
' James Curtin, late of Carragoon, in the County of Cork, Esquire, deceased: ./ 
I bequeath to the Rev. 
Mr. 
Scannell, Roman-catholic vicar or curate of the parish of Mallow, a sum of 5 /., 
to be distributed by him amongst the poor and necessitous persons of said parish; and I also bequeath to the Rev. 
Mr. 
Twomy, Roman-catholic vicar or curate of the parishes of Ballygriffin and Anabrassy, also a sum of 5 /., 
to be distributed amongst the poor and necessitous persons of said parishes. 
Edward Conlan, late of New-row, in the City of Dublin, Esquire: V I leave to the governors of Francis-street Roman-catholic Free School, for the use thereof, the sum of 30/.; 
and to the governors of Harold's Cross Free Schools, for the use thereof, a like sum of 30 /. 
I bequeath to the clergymen of Rathfarnham Chapel the sum of 10 /., 
to celebrate masses for the repose of my soul; and also the sum of 30 /., 
to be distributed by him amongst the poor of said parish of Rathfarnham. 
I bequeath to the clergymen of the Roman-catholic Chapel of Francis-street, the sum of 10/. 
for celebrating masses for the repose of my soul. 
I leave to the clergymen of St. 
Peter's Roman-catholic Chapel, for the use of said parish, a sum of 10/. 
Elizabeth Dolphin, formerly of Corr, in the County of Galway, late of Hardwick-street, Dublin: 

I give and bequeath unto Fanny, daughter of the late Gregory Dolphin of Corr, the sum of 20 /. 
sterling, for the purpose of getting her into some charitable institution, to be approved of by the executors of this my last will.

James Dunn, late of Chester-terrace, Regent's-park, County of Middlesex, Clerk: 

I give and bequeath 25 guineas to the poor of Delgany, to be used at Mr. 
Cleaver's discre¬ tion. 
I give and bequeath the sum of 12 guineas to the poor of this parish, to be paid to the Rev. 
William Dodsworth for their use. 
Nicholas Dollard, late of Balbriggan, County Dublin: V And the expenses attendant upon my month's mind and anniversary, and the usual masses and pious offerings used by Roman-catholics, and left by me to the discretion of my executors. 
Catherine Dempsey, late of Kells, in the County of Meath, Spinster: V I give and bequeath for ever my estate of Balreask, in the county of Meath, and all appur¬ tenances thereunto belonging, and also all my interest in the lands of Sedewrath, which is situate near Kells, in the county of Meath, together with all estates, freehold, leasehold, and other 

property wheresoever situated, to Right Rev.

My object in thus giving, devising, and bequeathing my property as mentioned in the immediate preceding lines to the above-named Right Rev. 
Dr. 
Cantwell, Mr. 
Phillip O'Reilly, and the Rev. 
Nicholas M'Evoy is this, namely, that these three aforesaid gentlemen should applythe whole and entire amount that shall be made by sale or otherwise of my property thus devised, given, and bequeathed to them, to the education and clothing ofthe poor children of the town of Kells, according to the Roman-catholic boundaries of such parish, in the county of Meath. 
To the above-named Right Rev. 
Dr. 
Cantwell, Mr. 
Phillip O'Reilly, and Rev. 
Nicholas M'Evoy, I leave it perfectly free to determine as to the nature, &c. 
of the establishment to be built, agreeably to the object of this my last will and testament, for the education ofthe poor as above mentioned. 
With the above-named Right Rev.

Cantwell, Mr. 
Phillip O'Reilly, and Rev. 
Nicholas M'Evoy, I leave it perfectly optional to choose what description of teachers they, Dr. 
Cantwell, &c. 
may please to superintend the education ofthe children in the above-named establishment; and I hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint the above-named Right Rev.

Cantwell, Mr. 
Phillip O'Reilly, and Rev. 
Nicholas M'Evoy, my residuary legatees, also my executors; and on their demise, or on the demise of any one of them, a successor or successors to him or to them is or are to be the Roman-catholic Archdeacon of the diocese of Meath, and a layman of their choice.
