I leave and bequeath to the minister, curate, and churchwardens of the parish of Tawny, in the aforesaid county of Dublin, for the time being, and their successors, one annuity or rentcharge of 20 /. 
a year out of the aforesaid lands at Dundrum, in trust, to he appropriated by them to the relief of the aged, infirm, and indigent poor of the said parish of Tawny ; and I make this request in accordance with my own will, and that of my late sister, Frances Marchant, in testimony of our being very many years residents of said parish.

And whereas I am possessed of five small cottages, by lease renewable for ever, in Mountain View Avenue, Harold's Cross, at the head rent of 6 /. 
per annum, which produces a profit rent of 44 Z. 
yearly, which I dispose of same as follows : I give, devise, and bequeath to the orphan children of the Nunnery of Harold's Cross, the sum of 10 Z. 
sterling, to be paid for their use and maintenance, half-yearly, on every 1st May and 1st Nov., 
for and during the term of said lease of said premises. 
I give, devise, and bequeath the other four cottages to my said executors, which produce 24 Z. 
per annum, after paying 10 Z. 
yearly for the use of the orphan children of said Nunnery, which sum of 24 /. 
I leave and bequeath to my said executors, share and share alike, to offer up masses for the repose of my soul, and the repose of the soul of my dear wife Margaret Dowdal, during their natural life and lives; and after their decease my will is that my said executors do will and bequeath said sum of 24 Z. 
to the clergyman or clergymen of Rathmines Chapel, and so to continue for and during the term of said Peter Stone, late of Usher's Quay, in the City of Dublin, deceased: */ And after payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses, and of the sum of 20 Z.

Patrick Murphy, to be expended by him as he shall think proper, in having masses offered up for the repose of my soul, and that of my said dear wife, in case she shall die before me, and also of my late daughter, Mary Anne Lawlor; and of the sum of 20 /., 
which my said executors shall pay towards the building of the new Roman-catholic parochial church, about to he erected in the parish of St.

to he distributed by my trustees, or the survivors of them, or the executors of such survivors, to and amongst such charities in the city of Dublin, or they or the survivor of them, or the executors or administrators of such survivor shall desire.
