reign of his Majesty King George the Fourth, intituled, " An Act for the better Administration of Justice on the Equity Side 4 (;eo. 
4) of the Court of Exchequer in Ireland," it was enacted, that there c-70>s'28-5 should bo issued and paid and payable, during his good behaviour, to 

the Chief Remembrancer of the Court of Exchequer in Ireland for the time being, out of the Consolidated Fund of the United Kingdom, the annual sum of Three thousand Pounds, Irish currency: And whereas it is expedient to make other provisions in respect of io the Salary of such Office ; JlBCfc it tfimftw GttatWb, by The QU EEN's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Par¬ liament assembled, and by the Authority of the same, THAT from the date of the resignation of the said office of Chief Remembrancer by the *5 Right honourable Anthony Richard Blake, the annual sum of Three thousand Pounds, Irish currency, payable to such officer under the said recited Act, shall cease to be so payable ; and that there shall be paid to every Chief Remembrancer for the time being, to be hereafter appointed, the salary of Two thousand Pounds per annum, British cur¬ rency; which salary shall be issued and paid out of and bo charged 566..
