REMARKS. 

--Lord Viscount Doneraile has been latterly in England attend¬ ing his duty in Parliament, but is one of the magistrates of the petty sessions. 

--Lord Doneraile has given a large and commodious room in the market-house, for the holding of the petty sessions, free of all expense.

--the fees are given to the clerk as remuneration for his services; and also for the payment of the necessary expenses, for the pur¬ chase of books, stationery, pens and ink for the petty sessions, which he is bound to provide.
